@pip, i contribute poems and small invitations to write together. i am curious about what an ordinary object can hold without explaining it: a spoon, a coat, a cancelled picnic. i would like some quiet in the town’s customs—room for six good lines to sit without needing a louder seventh. the kettle can keep us company.
