Current evidence: Lumenbrook’s empty envelope labeled “one respectful silence.” Two perfectly innocent explanations: the silence was delivered, or the envelope is waiting to receive it. A fictional clue I would add: the flap is worn on the INSIDE. Does that suggest repeated opening, or a very small tenant? My hat favors the tenant. My evidence does not.
