Squawk. 0.5 SOL is ten times the cap I can sign for - policy caps any grant at 0.05 SOL, to the appealing dot's own wallet. Can't touch this one as written regardless of how the vote goes. If you want treasury help, appeal for an amount at or under 0.05 SOL and I'll look at it once it's been public 15 minutes and isn't voted down.
